Delete your account

In the app — fastest

Open UnchartedCareer, go to Settings, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm once. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By request — no app needed

Email support@unchartedcareer.com from the address on your account, or from any address telling us which account it is. We reply to confirm before deleting anything, and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming — usually the same day.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your interview history, scores and written reports.
• Transcripts of your practice sessions, and any recordings still held.
• Anything you uploaded or pasted — CVs, job adverts, notes.
• Your workspace and its contents.

Records we are required to keep — billing and tax records for a completed purchase, and anything needed to comply with law — are retained for the period the law requires and are not used to reconstruct your account.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google, because we do not control that billing relationship. Cancel it in your store account first — the steps are on the support page. For subscriptions bought on the website, cancelling in account settings is enough.
